EARLY DAYSof theAPPARITIONS
 of MEDJUGORJE:
On the 24th of June 1981 the visionaries see a distant figure that looks like Our Lady.The figure is silent, the visionaries run away.They are in shock but they have a deep desire to return to the spot where they saw the Apparition.
The 25th of June 1981 is the first day that all of six visionaries see Our Lady together. It happens as they come back on the foot of the hill where they had the first encounter with the Virgin Mary the previous day.
Mirjana, Ivanka, Vicka, Marija, Ivan (14 and 15 year olds) and Jakov (10 year old) run towards the Apparition. According to witnesses they literary fly on the ground climbing the mountain at high speed.Our Lady says "Praise be Jesus!" Ivanka asks about her mother who recently died. Our Lady says "She is happy.She is with me.She is your angel in heaven." The children ask the Madonna if she will come back the next day.The Apparition smiles and nods.

On the 26th of June the Virgin Mary appears to the same children and says, "Do not be afraid, it's me." Ivanka asks why does she appear in Medjugorje and what does she want.
The answer is,"There are many true believers here.I DESIRE TO BE HERE WITH YOU TO CONVERT AND RECONCILE THE WHOLE WORLD!"
Some people have come with the visionaries and they wonder why they don't see the vision. Our Lady says, "Blessed are those who have not seen and still believe." Mirjana asks, "Who are you?" The apparition answers, "I am the Blessed Virgin Mary." Then some of the visionaries ask, " Why did you choose us?" Our Lady says "I don't necessarily choose the best" she then tells them that she will come back the next day.
While Marija walks down the hill she has a second Apparition, she sees the Madonna with a dark cross behind her. Our Lady is crying and she says "PEACE,PEACE,PEACE! BE RECONCILED! ONLY PEACE! MAKE YOUR PEACE WITH GOD AND AMONG YOURSELVES. FOR THAT YOU SHOULD BELIEVE, PRAY, FAST AND GO TO CONFESSION."

During the following days Our Lady gives important messages to the same six visionaries three of which (Vicka, Ivan and Marija) still see her up till this day.

Here are these messages:

"THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD, ONE FAITH. LET PEOPLE BELIEVE FIRMLY AND DO NOT FEAR ANYTHING."

"HAVE A SOLID FAITH AND MAINTAIN CONFIDENCE."
"WITHOUT FAITH NOTHING IS POSSIBLE."

"I AM THE QUEEN OF PEACE AND RECONCILIATION."

"FAST ON BREAD AND WATER."

"YOU ARE AND WILL ALWAYS BE MY CHILDREN. YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE PATH OF JESUS. NO ONE WILL STOP YOU FROM PROPAGATING THE FAITH IN JESUS. ONE MUST BELIEVE STRONGLY!"

"I ASK YOU TO PRAY WITH FERVOR.PRAYER MUST BECOME A PART OF YOUR DAILY LIFE TO ALLOW TRUE FAITH TO TAKE ROOT."

"THERE IS ONLY ONE MEDIATOR BETWEEN GOD AND HUMANITY AND HE IS JESUS CHRIST."
